Therefore it must be treated with great care. With this safety in mind, each nozzle is individually packed in a plastic box at the factory. Open mounted nozzles can collide with each other and cause permanent damage to the nozzle bore.<\/p>\n<p>Never place nozzles on dirty or greasy surfaces!<\/p>\n<p>Filtration:<br \/>\nEach nozzle is protected by its own filter, the fineness of which determines the throughput. Due to its size, however, it cannot ensure the cleaning of heating oils alone. Perfect filtering in front of the burner pump in the intake line must therefore be guaranteed.<\/p>\n<h3>Installation and Assembly<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Drain the oil supply. Check the nozzle holder for leaks. Only hold the new nozzle by the hexagonal part, screw it in by hand and tighten with a nozzle wrench.<\/li>\n<li>Before commissioning, the oil pump must be emptied via the bleed screw. This avoids a pressure surge when the pump starts.
