Dosing and special pumps

The pumps are derived from the tried and tested hp pump program and were created for special applications – especially dosing tasks. A condition of using pumps as dosing pumps is also a medium with self-lubricating properties. The viscosity is limited to 50 000 mPa s (in special cases to 75 000 mPa s on request).

Characteristic of this are:

  • different construction sizes (for conveying quantities from 0.01 l/min)
  • altered material qualities or pairs and surface treatments
  • and shaft seals adapted to the requirements

  • Lip seals of various equipment designs

Details

  • Medium: various pouring resins, hardeners, polyurethane, epoxy resins, silicones (equipment resistant against the materials uses)
  • Viscosity: 100 – 50 000 mPa s
  • Supply pressure: 0 – 5 bar
  • Operating pressure: 30 bar
  • Direction of rotation: D = clockwise and I = counterclockwise
  • Medium temperature: 80 °C
  • Speed range: 100 – 400 RPM
