Because there are no spacers inside nozzles 629 and 631, they are virtually clog-free. Any foreign matter that can pass through the large tangential inflow opening is simply blown out through the nozzle opening.
The shape of the vortex chamber, which is conical at both ends, creates an even hollow cone distribution. The atomization becomes finer with higher pressure and larger spray angle.
Typical applications include air scrubbers, aerators, cooling towers, foam dissolving, fume and dust removal, gas cooling, dewaxing, degreasing and general industrial processing and agricultural applications.
Material:
Brass and 303 stainless steel as standard.
Also available in hard rubber or any other workable material.
Spray Angle:
Standard design: 80° at 40 PSI. Nozzles available with opening up to 1/8″ in 120°.
